Welcome to Ecezo. This Terms of Service governs your access to and use of the Ecezo app discovery platform and its related services (collectively, the “Service”). By visiting ecezo.com or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of Ecezo or third parties unless otherwise stated, and you may not use them without explicit permission.

User-generated content or contributions submitted to the Service remain your property. By submitting content, you grant Ecezo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service. This license lasts for as long as your content remains on the Service, unless you withdraw it in a manner consistent with the platform’s processes.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Service features links to applications and content that is hosted on third-party platforms. In particular, many apps listed on Ecezo are hosted on Google Play or other external stores. Ecezo does not host, maintain, or control these apps on our servers or on this site itself.

Your use of any third-party apps or services is governed by the terms and policies of the respective third party (for example, Google Play). Ecezo disclaims any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or security of such apps, and does not guarantee their quality or suitability for your purposes. Any listings, recommendations, or rankings we provide are informational only and do not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of any third-party app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ecezo disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security. Ecezo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecezo, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall Ecezo’s total liability exceed the fee, if any, paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or by default, the amount paid, if any, to access the portion of the Service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ecezo maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the aforementioned jurisdiction, or by such other dispute mechanism as may be required by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

Ecezo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide a prominent notice and the revised Terms will apply to new users and to existing users who continue to access the Service after the effective date of the changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion and without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms or for other inappropriate or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, although sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
